A vibrant U.S. Based international organization that is fights for the rights of LGBTQ persons to live a life of authenticity and dignity. RCI believes being a part of the LGBT community should not dictate whether you are treated with respect in public or whether you are able to better your own life. The right to work and provide for yourself should not be a matter of gender or sexuality, but a matter of skill and merit and who is the best candidate for the position. Through education and economic livelihood projects, we seek to provide assistance and oversight to those who need this aid the most.
Vision Statement: We want to foster an umbrella network of LGBTQ organizations aimed at establishing LGBTQ rights world-wide. Lending aid to those looking to reaffirm their rights as LGBTQ citizens on an international scale and establish ethical oversight of the relief given to LGBTQ refugees and asylum-seekers.
